Identify and collect relevant and timely data, deviations, and waivers from operational HQ elements, functional components and task forces. Maintain and utilize various database, analytical, and visualization tools to support assessment execution. Conduct follow-up data collection through the development/distribution of surveys and questionnaires in order to determine rationale for identified issues. Produce reports and briefings to align findings with other ongoing assessment/analysis efforts and/or disseminate assessment results. Execute assessment tasks during Command Tier 1-level Exercises. Determine appropriate modifications to current assessment methodology for each OPORD. Support the development/identification of objectives, effects, tasks, measures of effectiveness (MOE), measures of effectiveness indicators (MOE-I), measures of performance (MOP) and measures of performance indicators (MOP-I) within each OPORD. Conduct Vol 12 Assessments. Conduct analysis of data to produce assessment findings. Examples include, but are not limited to, identification of operational shortfalls, risks, vulnerabilities, and capability gaps.
Assist in the development of assessments to determine progress toward the Guidance for Employment of the Force (GEF) end-states. Perform and document assessment work requiring substantive knowledge of USSTRATCOM plans, operations, missions, policies, objectives, and management principles/policies. Participate in and assist with development and management of a Comprehensive Joint Assessment (CJA) community of interest (COI). Articulate J9 position and equities in various HQ CONOPS defined planning teams, boards, and working groups. Conduct analysis of data to produce assessment findings. Examples include, but are not limited to, identification of military and strategic risks, vulnerabilities, and doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) gaps. Develop annual CJA for submission to CDRUSSTRATCOM and the Joint Staff. Support Joint Staff in development of annual Comprehensive Risk Assessment (CRA) and Risk Mitigation Plan (RMP). Develop appropriate assessment criteria/annexes for USSTRATCOM’s contingency/crisis action plans. Conduct focused, out of cycle strategic-level assessments as directed on important, rapidly changing issues to support Commander and senior-leadership decision making.
Determine an appropriate assessment methodology for each Intermediate Military Objective (IMO). Execute, manage, and facilitate continuous scans of the global strategic and operational environment to determine if desired campaign effects are being achieved. Support development/identification of desired effects, measures of effectiveness (MOE), measure of effectiveness indicators (MOE-I), tasks, and other associated metrics for each IMO. Articulate J9 position and equities in various HQ CONOPS defined planning teams, boards, and working groups. Collect relevant and timely data to include scanning of intelligence sources, open source publications, and HQ, component, and Task Force inputs. Conduct analysis of data to produce assessment findings. Examples include, but are not limited to, identification of factors leading to progression toward/regression from Campaign objectives. Conduct focused, out of cycle campaign assessments as directed on important, rapidly changing issues to support Commander and senior-leadership decision making.

Familiarity with ISR Joint Integrating Concept. Extensive knowledge of US ISR systems, concepts, doctrine, and TTPs
