Activation Email

Check your Spam filter.

Note: The system sends out an automated email with a temporary password (only good for 24 hours) to activate your account. If you do not activate your account within the 24 hours, the password will expire and you will need to contact your supervisor to reset.

Expired Password

Your password is good for 90 days. On day 75, you should receive an automated email from Deltek reminding you that your password will expire in 15 days. You will continue to receive email reminders until you change your password. On the 90th day, you will NOT be able to log in and will need to do the PW reset.

You can reset your password via the "Forgot/Reset Password link" or go to https://adss1.deltekenterprise.com/showLogin.cc

You can reset your password at anytime. When you reset your password, the 90-day clock will restart.

Note: If your password reset does not work, you may need to unlock and then reset your password again.

Reset Password

Go to the Account Self-Service page: https://adss1.deltekenterprise.com/showLogin.cc

On the Account Self-Service page > Click Reset Password

Hint: you will need to remember your security questions/answers...

Now you should be able to login…

Go to Timesheet and try it: https://te3prod.deltekenterprise.com/DeltekTC/welcome.msv

Enter your login credentials…

Caution: You get 3 login attempts before the system locks you out! if you get an invalid login or password message, you may need to clear your browser cache (specifically passwords) before attempting to login again, or you will risk getting locked out after 3 attempts. If so, you will need to Unlock account and Reset password again.

Unlock Account and Reset Password

Go to the Account Self-Service page: https://adss1.deltekenterprise.com/showLogin.cc

On the Account Self-Service page > Click Unlock Account

Hint: you will need to remember your security questions/answers...

Click the back to home link

Now…

On the Account Self-Service page > Click Reset Password

Answer your security question(s) and enter new password

Now you should be able to login…
