Group Health (100% Company paid for the employee and 50% for dependents)

Group Dental (100% Company paid)
- A group dental plan is provided that covers preventive, basic, and major services to an annual maximum of $1,500 per family member.

- $50,000 in Life Insurance is provided to all employees as a Company expense.
- The policy is not limited to job related incidents.

401(k) Retirement/Profit Sharing Plan

Group Short and Long Term Disability Coverage (Full-time employees)
Company paid Short Term (up to 180 days) and Long Term (from 180 to 365 days) Disability Coverage is provided to employees to replace the bulk of an employee's salary if unable to work for an extended period.
Flexible Benefit Plan (Full-time employees)
Employees may set aside pre-tax income through payroll deduction into a Flexible Savings Account to pay expected health and/or dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.
Vision Service Plan (Full-time employees)
A group vision plan is provided through VSP. The Company pays 30% of the employee's premium.
Optional Insurance Coverage
An array of optional coverages including Short-Term Disability, Cancer, Intensive Care and Hospital Indemnity insurance are available through the Company. Premiums are deducted from employee's pay.
Jury Duty
AOCE pays full-time employees their normal non-overtime salary or hourly rate for up to two months of jury duty if the employee provides advance notification of selection for jury duty and signs over their jury duty reimbursement check to the company.
Personal Time Off (Full-time employees)
New employees normally accrue 12 days of paid personal leave per year starting from their first day of employment.
Paid Federal Holidays (Full-time employees)
Employees receive full pay for all 10 federal holidays each year.
Transportation Fringe Benefit
Those employees who commute to work in the Washington, DC area may participate in a mass transit reimbursement plan. Participation will be negotiated as part of the prospective employee’s overall compensation package. IRS guidance will be used, and the benefit will not exceed the maximum non-taxable amount allowed.
