A group dental plan is offered through Guardian that covers preventive, basic, and major services to an annual maximum of $1,500 per family member. Employees may choose service in or out of the Dental Guard Preferred network.
Group Life Insurance
$50,000 in Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment is available through Mutual of Omaha. The policy is not limited to job related incidents; additional coverage is also available for employees and immediate family members.
401(k) Retirement/Profit Sharing Plan
Once eligibility criteria are met, the company will make a safe harbor contribution matching up to 4% of eligible pay that you contribute to the plan. You can choose to make pre-tax contributions to the regular 401(k) plan or after-tax contributions through the plan’s Roth 401(k) option.
Group Short and Long Term Disability Coverage
Short Term and Long Term Disability Coverage is available to employees through Mutual of Omaha to replace the bulk of employee salary if unable to work for an extended period.
Flexible Benefit Plan
Employees may set aside pre-tax income through payroll deductions into a Flexible Savings Account to pay expected health and/or dependent care expenses.
Vision Service Plan
A group vision plan is provided through Guardian using VSP’s network.
Optional Insurance Coverage
An array of optional coverages including Cancer, Intensive Care, and Hospital Indemnity insurance are available through Aflac.
AOCE pays full-time employees their normal non-overtime salary or hourly rate for up to two weeks of jury duty if the employee provides advance notification of selection for jury duty.
Transportation Fringe Benefit
Employees who commute to work in the Washington, DC area may participate in a mass transit reimbursement plan. Participation will be negotiated as part of the prospective employee’s overall compensation package.
Personal Time Off
New employees accrue 12 days of paid personal leave per year starting from their first day of employment, in addition to Federal holidays.
