Our AOCE Team can develop training of all types
-- from knowledge-based to performance-oriented. We develop for both
instructor-led
to distributive learning deployment approaches -- and in all types of media,
including paper-based, computer or web-based (CBI/CBT or WBT),
and in modeling or simulation environments. Our
training plan and course development follow the logical steps of the ADDIE
process. Using
the principles of instructional system development (ISD), we analyze training
needs, define educational items and levels, and develop training objectives and
evaluation devices. Our next step is to plan the remainder of the
instructional materials and conduct training with your people. Our actions
don’t stop there.
Our
courseware and training aids can be designed to be Sharable Content Object
Reference Model (SCORM) compliant and designed to meet Section 508,
of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
