Examples
of Our Training Courses
AOCE
courses and courseware are designed for the real world. We design our courses and
courseware to do more than educate... we design them to train people to accomplish their work
better and easier. We work with our customers to
develop courses that provide students with "How To" procedures,
"How Come?" explanations, and "What-If" scenarios leading to
breakthrough thinking. Our courses do more than just teach
underlying knowledge level information, we take training to performance levels
so students can perform a task, analyze a situation, or
synthesize data and concepts into new ideas or procedures.
We have developed and taught training courses in areas such as customer service,
organizational design and reengineering, and many more academic and technical
topics. In
addition, we have developed many hours of courseware distributive
training. Here are a few examples of courses we have developed.

Modern
Design of Experiments (MDOE) Courseware
(Developed for NASA Langley Research
Center)
|
The MDOE course illustrates improved concepts and methods for
performing the highly complex tasks of testing
aerodynamic surfaces in all types of wind tunnels.
This course
includes basic knowledge of MDOE concepts and comparisons of traditional
and MDOE approaches.
It culminates with an interactive simulation
where students select test grid coordinate values to determine the most effective coefficient of lift for an
aerodynamic
surface.
Shown here are the interactive Title/Main Menu Screen and screen
captures of a course content and an interactive student quiz page.

Instructor
Trainer Courseware (a.k.a. Train-the-Trainer)
(Developed for Direct Sale to Government and
Commercial Customers)
| Our
course is designed to provide mid-level managers and supervisors, as well
as technical and project team leads, with a better understand of
training development and delivery processes. Over the years, we have
seen that the need to train people to train others is one of the most
common threads that binds all government and commercial
organizations. This
course capitalizes on our many years of individual and corporate
experience as students, trainers, developers, technicians, supervisors,
and managers. We believe that it is a hard-hitting course that will
dramatically increase every organization's ability to develop an effective
professional training force. |

Standoff Weapon (JSOW) Courseware for the B-52 Aircraft
(Developed to support the US Air Force and Air Force
Reserve)
| The
JSOW Familiarization CBT was designed and recently published to provide
B52 aircraft crew members with familiarization training for the Joint
Standoff Weapon (JSOW). This course is part of the B-52 Technology
Based Training effort that provides orientation and familiarization
training tools for operations and maintenance personnel to expand their
aircraft systems knowledge. |

Electronics Fundamentals
Courseware
(Developed to support the US Air Force and Air National
Guard)
| This courseware provides basic
electronic understanding necessary for military personnel from multiples
services, military commands, and military technical skill backgrounds, to
operate and perform minor maintenance on the Eagle Vision system.
Topics of discussion include electrical and electronic theory in areas
such as: Electron Theory; Ohm’s Law; Series, Parallel, and
Series-Parallel Circuits; Semi-conductor Theory; Electrical Safety; and
Spectrum Analyzers. |
