The AOCE CAAS Team

The CAAS III AOCE Team is composed of 10 companies with strong backgrounds in delivering advisory and assistance services to a variety of DoD and other government customers. Team AOCE is purposely is comprised of a small number of companies to ensure an agile and responsive organization postured to quickly react to customer requirements. The core competencies each team member match well with CAAS III requirements. Team AOCE large business members add expanded global reach to support CONUS and OCONUS users of the CAAS III contract. All teammates are noteworthy companies in their core areas of excellence. All teammates have an aggressive management style resulting in a constant presence in the workplace by corporate leadership and program managers, spending time with the customer ensuring his needs are met. The team's flexible and empowered team organizational structure pushes task-specific decision-making to the lowest level while maintaining requisite feedback systems to ensure top management remains in the loop.
